Richmond Hill Inn

This project began with the adaptive reuse of an historic mansion into an inn and conference facility. Design of two new cottage clusters, followed one surrounding a croquet lawn and the other surrounding a significant ornamental garden. The total facility includes 37 guest rooms and two 90-seat restaurants.
